Kairos is home to several different collectibles in Borderlands 4, and Dead Bolts are some of the hardest to find. There aren’t as many Dead Bolts in each region of Kairos as other Borderlands 4 collectibles, so hunting them down can be tough.
Dead Bolts don’t give any major rewards, but they’re required for 100% completion.
