To unlock Lumiere and Cogsworth in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must complete A Guide To Better Castle-Keeping quest. After receiving the mask, talk with Cogsworth to start the quest. Both characters are preparing a ball for Dreamers, and after some persuasion, they agree to let you help.
First, head to the garden and approach the cellar door near the entrance to get the Cutlery Sets. Return to the table near the piano and place them there. Next, talk to Lumiere, and he will send you to make a Charcuterie Board by collecting ingredients around the castle.
